ACCESS AND/OR USE OF THE ONLINE ORDERING BY YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  1. If you have any problem with our products within 24 hours after pick up or delivery, please call / message us at 825-243-4220 or email us at [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
  2. No refund or exchange will be entertained unless it is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours after pick up or delivery.
  3. Please let us know at least a week ahead for any large order (i.e. Any order of the same product for more than 4 lbs).
  4. Full payment upon ordering is required for all special orders.
  5. A minimum of 50% deposit is required for all pre-order items.
  6. A minimum of 50% deposit is required for placing an order on hold or extending pick up for more than a week. 
  7. Credit card payment is accepted for orders over $80, with a 3% processing fee.
  8. Debit card payment is accepted with a 1.5% processing fee.
  9. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before your pick up or delivery.
