IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEN YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS AND/OR USE THE ONLINE ORDERING APPLICATION (HEREINAFTER NAMED “ONLINE ORDERING”). ACCESS AND/OR USE OF THE ONLINE ORDERING BY YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

- If you have any problem with our products within 24 hours after pick up or delivery, please call / message us at 825-243-4220 or email us at [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
- No refund or exchange will be entertained unless it is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours after pick up or delivery.
- Please let us know at least a week ahead for any large order (i.e. Any order of the same product for more than 4 lbs).
- Full payment upon ordering is required for all special orders.
- A minimum of 50% deposit is required for all pre-order items.
- A minimum of 50% deposit is required for placing an order on hold or extending pick up for more than a week.
- Credit card payment is accepted for orders over $80, with a 3% processing fee.
- Debit card payment is accepted with a 1.5% processing fee.
- If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before your pick up or delivery.
